Tips to make sure your rebate is processed without delay
- Check to make sure you entered the correct offer code on your Missouri rebate application. If you live in western Missouri, enter code SPIREMOW; if you live in eastern Missouri, enter code SPIREMOE.
- Enter the correct service address and account number that matches where you receive Spire service.
- Be sure to upload or attach a copy of your receipt that details the following:
- Manufacturer
- Entire model #
- Price
- Date of purchase
- Installation date
- Verification from the contractor that the equipment was installed at account address
- Unfortunately, we are not able to process rebates if appliances are installed by an unlicensed contractor.
